Complaints Procedure

Step 1 – Tell Us

Please send your complaint in writing to:

We’ll acknowledge your letter within 3 working days.

Step 2 – Our Response

We’ll review your concerns carefully and send you a written reply within 15 working days. This is called our final viewpoint letter.

Step 3 – Independent Review

If you’re still unhappy after our response, you can take your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPOS), an independent body that helps resolve disputes. You’ll need to do this within 12 months of receiving our final viewpoint letter.
