No Sale No Fee
We operate on a no win no fee basis, so unless we sell your property there will be no charge. We believe that our clients should not be paying for a service which they have not received. The sales fee is a complete package and includes all costs incurred to sell a property.
Electronic Sale System
We have installed the latest up to date sales system which enables properties and applicants to be managed in a more precise way.
Properties can be matched to applicants and details emailed/sent out at the click of a button.
Client Support
We know how important it is for our clients to know what is being done to sell their property. This is why we are keen to be proactive and supportive towards our clients needs.
Regular vendor contact reports are sent out in order to update clients on details being sent out, viewings and feedback.
On receiving instruction to sell a property our sale team will come round to view the property so they get to know the property they are selling.
Advice can also be given to clients who are unsure about how to sell their property when potential buyers view. It can be a nerving time and often clients might not be aware of the best features their property has to offer.
Viewing Feedback
Once a viewing takes place we understand how anxious it can be waiting to find out what the viewer thought
We contact viewers between 24 - 48 hours after the viewing to find out what their views were, we then contact our client to let them know. Should we be unable to contact the viewer we inform our clients and keep trying to obtain feedback.
